Por <strong>Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>: Jordi Nieva Fenoll; Abraham Velarde Gonz\u00e1lez; Irene Gonz\u00e1lez Pulido; Walter Reifarth Mu\u00f1oz; Federico Bueno De Mata; Lorenzo Bujosa Vadell. Por <strong>Colombia<\/strong>: Juan Camilo S\u00e1nchez Camacho; Jorge Eduardo Pa\u00e9z Rodr\u00edguez; Camilo Alberto Cueto Calder\u00f3n; Michelangelo Leal Beto; Carlos Colmenares y Por <strong>Venezuela<\/strong>: Miguel Angel Paz Ram\u00edrez; Mariliana Rico; Humberto Agriasano; Ren\u00e9 Molina Galicia, Alexis Chac\u00f3n; Rodrigo Rivera Morales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tem\u00e1s<\/strong> como: &#8220;La inteligencia artificial en la aplicaci\u00f3n del derecho, el an\u00e1lisis constitucional de una propuesta para la limitaci\u00f3n de la arbitrariedad judicial&#8221;; &#8220;Ineficacia de los mensajes de datos frente a la prueba electr\u00f3nica\u201d \u201cInteligencia artificial en el \u00e1mbito de la investigaci\u00f3n de la ciberdelincuencia\u201d; \u201cLa inmediaci\u00f3n y algunos problemas probatorios en las audiencias virtuales\u201d. Ser\u00e1n tratados por cada uno de los catedr\u00e1ticos antes mencionados<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>13 de Noviembre<\/strong>, ser\u00e1 el d\u00eda en que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo este evento, el cual se realizar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma <strong>ZOOM<\/strong> (de manera virtual) Cada una de las ponencias ser\u00e1n en vivo e iniciar\u00e1n a partir de las 8:30 a.m hora venezolana.
